Terms of Use
Last updated · 9 July 2026
About these terms
These terms govern your use of the ushii.org.uk website, operated by Ushii Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15667131 with registered office at 91 St. Marks Road, Enfield, England, EN1 1BJ. They do not govern any construction works we may carry out for you — project work is governed by a separate written contract signed by both parties.
Use of the site
You may browse this site for personal and legitimate business reasons. You agree not to scrape, copy in bulk, reverse-engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems. You must not use the site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or that could harm us, our clients or other visitors.
Enquiries are not contracts
Submitting the contact form is an enquiry, not a contract. It does not oblige us to accept the project, and it does not oblige you to proceed. Any works will only proceed under a separate written agreement setting out scope, price, programme and terms.
Intellectual property
The Ushii name, brand marks, site design, photography and written content are the property of Ushii Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, republish or reuse them without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Third-party links
The site may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse their content and are not responsible for their availability, security or privacy practices.
Disclaimers
The information on this site is provided in good faith and for general information only. It is not a technical specification, a fixed quotation or professional advice. We make no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of site content. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any statutory rights that cannot be limited or excluded under English law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where you deal with us as a consumer.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ushii Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes arising from your use of the site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Where we deliver a project in the United Arab Emirates or elsewhere in the Middle East, the project contract may specify a different governing law and forum — such as UAE federal law, DIFC law or ADGM law — as agreed in writing for that engagement.
Consumer complaints
We aim to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly. In the first instance please contact us via the contact page. If we cannot resolve your complaint through internal discussion, UK consumers may also access alternative dispute resolution or take the matter to the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date shown above reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
