Insurance

We hold public liability and employers' liability insurance appropriate to our scope of works. A certificate of insurance is available on request when we quote for a project.

Modern slavery

Ushii Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. Although we are below the statutory turnover threshold that requires a formal statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we voluntarily commit to acting ethically and with integrity in all business relationships and to expecting the same of our sub-contractors and suppliers.

If something isn't right, tell us. Email info@ushii.uk or write to our registered office. We aim to acknowledge complaints within five working days and to resolve them within 30 days. For data protection complaints in the UK you may also contact the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Middle East operations

For enquiries and project work in the UAE, Dubai and the wider Middle East, we operate in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL), and where relevant the DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020 and the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021. Regional project contracts specify the governing law and forum for that engagement in writing.
