Ushii Construction was founded on a simple observation: the finest properties in London deserve a single team that answers for the whole building, not a chain of subcontractors passing responsibility down the line.
We employ our own roofers, electricians, gas engineers, joiners, plasterers, floor layers and lift technicians. When something needs to be coordinated, it is coordinated in a room, not across a supply chain.
We take on a small number of projects at any one time. That restraint is what allows us to look after each one properly.
